We are happy to offer this service however there are certain guidelines which we must follow for safety and to provide you with agood expectation.
NOTICE
Building that we move MUST be factory madestructures AND designed to betransportedoverthe highway! This critical for successful transport! Many handiman built structures are very good as a storage unit that is built ON site andleft sitting! BUT most of them ARE NOT SUITED TO BE MOVED after built on site!So,if it’s not factory please do not ask us to moveit! Structural damageoccurs and a great dealof time is taken on those move attempts.
Buildings must not be wider than 16 feet
Buildings must be built on runners
Building must be empty
Buildings must be determined to be safely movable by the TBM staff
Location and the destination for building delivery are subject to review
- Fees are based on several factors including building size, location, accessibility for pickup and delivery, personnel and equipment involved with move, mileage and total time consumed during the transportation of the structure, etc.
Fees Described
There are no standard fees in the industry.Our fee structureisbased on known factors,our experience and expectations regarding other factors. We divide up our fee structureinto two parts. HOW? We have a FLAT fee that takes care of insurance, liability, etc. andthe know costs of putting 140,000 of equipment towork. Our flat fee takes care of that. We also have an hourly fee that takes care of unknowns things like obstacles, steephills, unlevel areas, trees, weather issues,etc andanything else that might turn the job into a financialloss. There are a multitudes of possibilities that must be accounted for. Regarding the hourly fee. We work hard to get the job done and try to not waste time. We try to do the best job possible in the least amount of time. So, regardless if you are in Branson or Nixa, Hollister or Kimberling City, Springfield or anywhere else in Missouri, we have never had a customer state that we did not earn what we charged them. Therefore our fees have stood the the test of time that makes up believe that that our pick up, installation and travel time is being done in such a way that is fair to everyone!
